What is the Rockers 4v4 League?
The Rockers 4v4 Basketball League is a draft-style basketball league like no other. Three, fast-paced, 12-minute games are played each session with six players per team to ensure that each player has a minimum of 8 minutes playing time per game for a total of 24 minutes of significant ball touches per session.
Can any other league guarantee that your daughter will be involved on the court for that amount of time?
A draft-style format is used to balance players' skill levels and to ensure the competitiveness of each team. It also gives players the chance to meet some new friends while learning the game of basketball.

When and where do the 4v4 Leagues take place?
The leagues runs for six weeks on Sunday evenings September 18 - October 23, 2011. All games take place at Lincoln High School. A full league schedule will be provided to all players on Week 1 of the League.

What is the price to participate?
The price per player is $50 to participate -- less than $10 per week!
Who can sign up for the 4v4 league?
The 4v4 Fall Basketball League is open to Girls who are in Grades 3-8 as of the Fall 2011. The Grade School League (Grades 3-5) focuses on teaching the players basic skills such as shooting, ball handling, defense, rebounding, and passing. This league features clinic-style instruction followed by game play. Each team is assigned a counselor to give the players individual instruction.
The Junior High League (Grades 6-8) is designed to help the players build teamwork and leadership skills while playing the game of basketball. This league offers the teams the opportunity to self-coach by by giving the players the responsibility to decide the substitution rotation and who plays which position. There will be coaches present to supervise and ensure that everyone gets equal playing time.
These leagues are open to any girl, no matter what club or school she plays for. The leagues CAN and DO fill up before the September 11, 2011 registration deadline. Space is limited. Once a league is filled, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list. NO EXCEPTIONS. Sign up today!
